How do I cancel my order?

For Shipper Dashboard users:
To cancel an order using the Shipper Dashboard, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Shipper Dashboard 

2. Click on ‘Order History’ 

3. Select the dropdown arrow on the right side of your order and click on ‘View Order’

4. Finally, select ‘Rollback/Delete’ to cancel the order 


For Ninja Biz users:
If you’re using the Ninja Biz app and wish to cancel an order, follow these steps:

1. On the app, select ‘Order’ 

2. Select the tracking ID of the parcel you want to cancel

3. Click on ‘Cancel Order’ located at the top right corner

4. Confirm the cancellation by selecting ‘Yes, cancel’.


Please note that cancellations via Ninja Biz are available only if the parcel has not been picked up by our driver. If the parcel has been picked up, kindly contact the Ninja Xpress customer service team through any of the alternative channels provided below.
