For Shipper Dashboard users

Each parcel should not exceed 30 KG; the length, width, and height of the parcel should not exceed 100 cm on each side.

For Ninja Biz users

Each parcel should not exceed 30 KG; total dimensions should not exceed 150 cm (L+W+H), with each side not exceeding 80 cm.
