How to calculate and check shipping rates?
The delivery cost will be calculated based on the following factors:
- Parcel size (Height x Width x Length)
- The type of service
- Additional fees may apply if there is a change of address
You will be charged based on either the parcel weight or volume, whichever is higher. The rounding policy is as follows:
- For parcels with a decimal weight less than 0.3kg, it will be rounded down (e.g. 1.29kg will be calculated as 1kg)
- For parcels with a decimal weight equal to or greater than 0.3kg, it will be rounded up (e.g. 1.32kg will be calculated as 2kg).

- Provide the pickup and delivery destination and select ‘Get Estimate’
- The estimated shipping rates will be displayed
