Why did my pickup fail?
For Shipper Dashboard users
To view the failure reason for an order:
1. Log in to the Shipper Dashboard
2. Click on ‘Order History’
3. Select the tracking ID to view the failure reason
For Ninja Biz users
To check the reason for pickup failure:
1. Select ‘Order’
2. Click on ‘Next/Last Completed Pickup’. The reason for the pickup failure will be displayed
