My delivery status is ‘received’, but I don't think I have received my parcel. What should I do?
If you did not receive your parcel but the order status is 'Delivered', please try the following:
- Check if a neighbour or family member collected the parcel on your behalf.
- Check if the delivery address provided is correct.
- If your address has a guardhouse or reception, please check if they received the parcel on your behalf.
